We had a lot of rain this past summer and like years before, rain means vegetative growth. This not only includes the grass and weeds but also the trees and shrubs. These trees along the fence line were blocking the view to the middle field so they had to be cut down. The remaining tree and stumps will be cut down with a chainsaw soon. I had a friend provide some much needed help.

Signs
This section of the fence has really taken a beating this past year. The barbed wire has been repaired several times during the year and I keep finding it pulled down. I think it is being used as a crossing point for deer. On this occasion the POSTED sign was even banged up and almost torn off. Once we get some extra funds I will invest in another game camera and see what is happening here. Nothing better than actual proof.
